The second internal management meeting of Tibet Development and Poverty Alleviation Programme was held in Beijing on January 9th, 2009. Programme officers from UNDP, local counterparts and CICETE, and PMO staff took part in the meeting. Participants reviewed the project progress of 2008 and discussed the work plans of 2009 as well as solutions to the occurred issues during implementation. The meeting was of great importance that remained issues were resolved and work plans of 2009 were agreed upon which guaranteed the smooth implementation of the project.
