The Training Course on Learning Capacity for Junior Officials of MOFCOM was held in the Educational and Training Center for Central Agricultural Cadre on Mar.9-11, 2009. Deputy Director General Zhao Zhongyi attended the Opening Ceremony of the Training on Mar.9 and delivered a speech.

Famous national and international trainers were invited to give training courses on developing learning capacity, time management, collective learning methods, organizational reading, outdoor learning activities, and so on. The training courses gave a comprehensive introduction of the learning methods and tools, which have obviously stimulated the junior officials’ self-learning consciousness and their passion on learning. Moreover, the training course in English was also adopted, which aimed to enhance the students’ English ability as well as to absorb the international training modes and experiences.

The Training Course on Learning Capacity for Junior Officials of MOFCOM, which was undertaken successfully by CICETE, has received favorable results and met everyone’s expectation.
