Opening Ceremony of Training Course on Teamwork Skills for Junior Officials of MOFCOM was held in the Educational and Training Center for Central Agricultural Cadre on Mar.25, 2009. Deputy Director General Zhao Zhongyi attended the Opening Ceremony of the training and made a speech.

The Training Course lasted for three days, and Inspector of Department of Human Resource, MOFCOM, Sun Yuanxun delivered an opening remark at the Opening Ceremony and gave the first class as well. Meanwhile, trainers from Training Centre of Communist Party Organization Bureau and other professional training organizations were invited to give training courses on Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Relationship, Coordination and Conflicts Management, Skills on Highly Effective Communications, and so on. Besides, the experiencial outdoor management training course was introduced, which can be regarded as a creative idea on the training. The international training modes and experiences were also absorbed, which have obviously stimulated the junior officials’ cooperation consciousness and their passion on learning.

Training Course on Teamwork Skills for Junior Officials of MOFCOM which was undertaken successfully by CICETE, has received favorable feedback and met everyone’s expectation.
