For economic development and cultural preservation of Tibet , United Nation Development Programme (below refer to UNDP) and China International Centre for Economic and Technical Exchange (below refer to CICETE), the Tibet Development and Poverty Alleviation Programme was inaugurated on 21 st June, 2006 in Lhasa with the joint efforts of Tibetan Autonomous Region (below refer to TAR).
